In this Webinar Frederico Fezas Vital interviews Silvia López Herrero and drives an exciting discussion to clarify the buzzword "Systems Change". What it is and how it can be related to social entrepreneurs? What is the real challenge dimension of addressing the root causes of social problems, the components and structures that cause the system to behave in a certain way? Can we identify if, by our initiatives, we are only mitigating the consequences of malfunctioning systems? What's the real importance of developing a system thinking approach? Are there any good cases that can illustrate how a systems change approach can make a difference?
We can say this Webinar will probably raise more questions than answers, as this is a subject in constant and ongoing development. The topic is a never-ending debate between practitioners, academics and governments. ********************************* Frederico is Junior Achievement Portugal CEO, the biggest organization in the world for Education in Entrepreneurship, with a global impact in more than 10 million students spanning 120 countries.
